I’ve always struggled to find the difference between mission and purpose. Mission statements are everywhere on websites and on company walls. But are these simply missions or a reason for being? And what is a purpose apart from a reason for existing?

We always want to do what’s right for our clients. But at times that can be difficult. Being naked can mean that you need to be so vulnerable that profits are the last thing to be considered. And at times you don’t always win even though you want to.

Teach Don’t Criticise

Challenging people with new ideas is what keeps us at our best. We constantly want to help our people improve and grow. Training is important for all of us, I love to learn and teach. Knowledge isn’t ours to keep, we must share and pass it on.
